GWTL's Strategic Council is the board of investors and senior leaders who have put skin in the game — not to advise, but to act.
They open doors, bring capital, and make the introductions that change what's possible. Their involvement is structural, measurable, and accountable.
Four Commitments. Not Suggestions.
Every council member takes on the same four responsibilities — and is held to them quarterly.
Sponsor directly or bring a sponsor
Each council member commits €5–10K directly to GWTL, or secures a corporate sponsor of equivalent value. This is the baseline. Not a suggestion.
Make three warm introductions per quarter
To sponsors, partners, or decision-makers. Every quarter, we ask: who did you bring to the table? The answer is tracked and reviewed.
Attend and participate in Power Tables
Council members show up in the room — not as observers, but as participants who open doors for the women across the table.
Champion GWTL in their networks publicly
Their name is on what we build. That means publicly endorsing the mission and carrying it into rooms we can't access alone.
Not an Advisory Board. A Committed Partner Board.
Advisory boards give opinions. The Strategic Council gives results — sponsoring directly, tracked quarterly, named publicly.
Every member serves a 2-year term with clear commitments reviewed at the end of each quarter.

Capital and Authority. Not Just Credibility.
VCs, sitting CEOs, CHROs, and board directors who have the authority to write a check, make a call, or open a door that others can't.
This isn't a network of supporters. It's a group of people whose involvement changes outcomes — because of who they are and what they can move.
Profile criteria
- Sitting or former VC partner, CEO, CHRO, or board director
- Demonstrated ability to secure sponsorship or open doors to capital
- Willing to make financial commitment or bring equivalent corporate sponsor
- Willing to be publicly named and held to quarterly accountability
