A 24-month Erasmus+ initiative empowering girls aged 16-18 with digital, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Girls Who Lead, a transformative 24-month initiative funded by the Erasmus+ program, designed to empower young women aged 16-18 with the skills they need to become tomorrow's leaders.

Program Overview

Girls Who Lead addresses a critical gap in leadership development for young women. Through a comprehensive curriculum that combines digital literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and leadership training, participants will:

  • Develop Digital Skills: Learn coding fundamentals, data analysis, and digital marketing
  • Build Entrepreneurial Mindset: Create business plans, understand market dynamics, and pitch ideas
  • Cultivate Leadership Abilities: Practice public speaking, team management, and strategic thinking

Timeline

The program runs from December 2025 through December 2027, with:

  • Q1 2026: Participant selection and onboarding
  • Q2-Q4 2026: Core training modules
  • 2027: Advanced workshops and mentorship matching
  • December 2027: Graduation and alumni network launch
