Program Structure
The 2025 program has been redesigned based on feedback from previous cohorts to maximize impact and engagement.
Duration & Format
- 6-month commitment (March - August 2025)
- Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions between mentor and mentee
- Monthly group workshops on professional development topics
- Quarterly networking events for all participants

- Product Management - For those transitioning to or growing in PM roles
- Entrepreneurship - For future founders and startup leaders
- Executive Track - For senior professionals targeting C-suite positions

As a Mentee
- Women in tech with 2+ years of experience

As a Mentor
- 10+ years in technology or related fields
- Leadership experience at manager level or above
